1. Agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and DproVision for use of Remnivo, including the mobile application, website, APIs, synchronization, public publishing, subscriptions, and support services. By creating an account or using Remnivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Additional store terms may apply to the mobile app and purchases. On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a valid custom EULA is provided. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher age, you need authorization from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and devices secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from our failure to use reasonable security. Do not share access tokens or attempt to obtain another person's account.
3. Private content and synchronization
Your memos, sets, attachments, and learning information are private by default. If you enable synchronization, you authorize Remnivo to host and process that content to synchronize it across your devices. Synchronization alone never authorizes public display.
Keep an independent copy of information you cannot afford to lose. We work to provide reliable synchronization but cannot guarantee that every conflict, device failure, or third-party outage can be recovered.
4. Publishing
A memo or set becomes public only when you select Publish and confirm the preview. Before your first publication, you must accept the then-current publishing rules. You can unpublish your content, but copies already saved, downloaded, or screenshotted by others may remain outside our control.
Do not publish sensitive credentials, private communications, or personal data unless you have a lawful basis and understand that the information will be public.
- You own the content or have all licenses and permissions required to store and publish it.
- You have permission from identifiable people shown or described where permission is required, including for their image, voice, private information, or publicity rights.
- Your publication does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, data-protection, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- Your rights confirmation must cover text, lyrics, quotations, images, and every other attachment in the publication.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of your content. For private synchronized content, you grant DproVision a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, encrypt, back up, and process it only to operate and secure Remnivo.
For content you publish, you grant DproVision a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, create technical derivatives such as thumbnails, distribute, display, and make the content available through Remnivo. This license exists only to operate, promote, secure, and improve the public Remnivo service. It ends when the content is removed from our active systems, except for protected backups, legal retention, and uses already made by other users within the service.
6. Pexels images
Remnivo lets you search Pexels and select an image as part of a memo or set. Pexels images remain subject to the Pexels License, Terms of Service, and API Guidelines. Remnivo provides this search only as a supporting learning feature and does not operate a stock-image, wallpaper, or image-download service.
You may use a selected Pexels image only within the memo or set feature and any Remnivo synchronization or publication functionality permitted by these Terms. You may not use Remnivo to extract, sell, redistribute, or offer the image as a standalone file; systematically download Pexels content; build a competing image library; imply endorsement by a depicted person or brand; or otherwise violate Pexels' rules.
Remnivo displays Pexels and photographer attribution in the selection flow and stores source metadata with the image. Pexels content can be changed or removed, search results are not guaranteed to be suitable for every audience, and you remain responsible for the context in which you use or publish a selected image.
7. Prohibited conduct and content
You may not misuse Remnivo or publish content that creates harm or legal risk. The following are prohibited:
- Illegal content or activity; child sexual abuse or exploitation material; grooming; sexual content involving minors; trafficking; or credible threats.
- Harassment, bullying, hate, targeted abuse, non-consensual intimate material, doxxing, impersonation, or disclosure of another person's private information.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, scams, deceptive manipulation, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or attempts to compromise Remnivo or another user.
- Automated scraping, access-control bypass, reverse engineering where prohibited, unreasonable load, or use of Remnivo to build a competing content dataset without permission.
- Attempts to evade moderation, reporting, blocking, suspension, rate limits, or account restrictions.
8. Moderation, reports, and copyright
We may use automated and human review to detect, limit, reject, remove, or preserve content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, comply with law, or keep Remnivo operational. We aim to consider context and provide notice or an appeal where appropriate and legally permitted.
Use Remnivo's report and block tools for abusive content or users. Send urgent safety, moderation, copyright, trademark, or privacy reports to support@remnivo.com with the content URL or identifier, the reason, your contact details, and any rights or authority supporting the request. Knowingly false reports may violate these Terms.
9. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid subscriptions unlock the features described on the purchase screen and provide recurring value during the subscription period. The purchase screen will show the localized price, billing period, trial terms if any, automatic-renewal terms, and included features before you confirm payment.
Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Unless the store says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the store account used to purchase them. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Refunds, billing disputes, renewal failures, and payment-method handling are governed by applicable law and the store's rules.
Deleting Remnivo or deleting your Remnivo account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription. Cancel it in Apple App Store or Google Play. We may change features or prices prospectively with the notice and store confirmation required by law and platform rules.
10. DproVision property
Remnivo, excluding user content, is owned by DproVision and its licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable store terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application and service for their intended purpose. No ownership of Remnivo software, branding, or service content transfers to you.
11. Service availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, update, limit, or discontinue parts of Remnivo. We will provide reasonable notice of a material discontinuation where practical and required. Features may differ by platform, country, subscription, or app version. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Account deletion and termination
After signing in, you may request account deletion in the app or at remnivo.com/account-deletion. Website deletion actions also require a code sent to your account email. A 30-day grace period follows the confirmed request, during which you may cancel deletion. When deletion executes, access ends and associated active-service data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment, or harm to Remnivo or others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses already exercised, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Remnivo is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DproVision disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. Remnivo is a memory and learning tool, not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DproVision is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss caused by content another user independently copied or disclosed. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory rights or access to courts granted by the law of your country. Contact support@remnivo.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or safety changes. We will publish the version and effective date and give additional notice before material changes when required. If a change requires renewed acceptance, affected features will remain unavailable until you accept it.
