Your device security is part of protecting private memos.
- Use a unique password and keep your email account secure.
- Protect the device with a PIN, password, or biometrics.
- Sign out of devices you no longer use.
- Never publish access tokens, passwords, recovery codes, or identity documents.
Delete or recover your account
Account deletion is delayed for 30 days so you can reverse an accidental or regretted request.
- In the app, open Settings, then Delete account.
- Schedule deletion and review the permanent deletion date.
- Before that date, return to the same page and choose Keep my account.
- If you cannot use the app, sign in on the Delete account page and verify the action through your account email.
