Where billing is managed
Purchases made in the mobile app are managed by the store that processed the transaction.
- Open Remnivo Settings to view your current plan.
- Use Restore purchases after reinstalling or changing devices.
- Use the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to cancel store billing.
- Keep the purchase account and Remnivo account consistent when restoring access.
Deleting an account
Deleting a Remnivo account does not automatically cancel billing controlled by Apple or Google. Cancel the store subscription separately.
